[BUG?] promotion destination selection does not expand items #30

I was playing with the promotion feature, following the steps outlined in the documentation, and when I got to the step where I needed to choose the Destination Configuration I could not expand live-samples so that I could select sample3.release. I clicked on a few other projects and none of them would expand or collapse either.

I am using QB 1.0.2. Has anyone else experienced this?

This problem exist in 1.0.3 also. We've done a quick fix and re-uploaded 1.0.3 to include this fix.
