I was entering new information into a new QuickBuild repository, I had most of the info entered and went to expand the root configuration by clicking on the + sign next to it. Once the screen refreshed all my information that I had just entered was lost.

This is rather a limitation, than a bug. Currently the configuration tree is implemented as a server-side tree, which will cause a page reload when open/close configuration nodes. We're considering on changing it to be a client side tree to increase the speed, and fix this type of problems as well.
