I have this target configuration, which requires artifacts from multiple other configurations. Without using an artifact tool, how can I move all the artifacts from different source to the target configuration's workspace, so that it can process them?

I've tried using promotion, but it seems there's not a way to make the target configuration wait for all the promoting configs. Whenever one of them finishes and automatically promotes, the target config will just run.
By the way, I set "Prompt Configuration Variables" to no, and it still passes all the variables to the target config. Am I understanding this option wrong?

Anyway, how can I make several configurations promote the same target when they are all ready? Any tips would be appreciated.
