Hi,
Recently GitHub issue function is usually used instead of jira.
If Github commit build was failed, I hope to make new issue on GitHub automatically.
(Maybe QB build link and error log will be issue's contents)

Please consider add this function to Quickbuild.

I think GitHub create issue step is what you need. You can define a GitHub Issue Tracker and you can then find the step available.
