Your browser was unable to load all of the resources. They may

Press Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R to have your browser try again.
The server log of the "server log" is not being updated.
A file named Quickbuild.log does not exist at the bottom of the logs folder.
So we randomly generated the "quickbuild.log" file, but there are no updates anymore.
It is odd that the quickbuild.log disappears. You mentioned of generating the file. Is it generated by QB itself, or by you manually? If manually, please check if OS user running QB server process has write permission over that file. If possible, please restart QB server process to see if the problem still happens?
Also please check if disk partition containing the server log is full.
The disk partition is not full and write has the same privileges.
