How to set permissions for plugins (such as JUnit)? #4269

Hi,

I have successfully published a JUnit report and when I am logged in with admin credentials, I can see the JUnit dashboard and the tab on the left to dig into the specific tests.
However, when I log in with non-admin credentials, I am unable to view the reports. I still have fairly high level permissions (to modify configurations) but am unable to view the reports. What setting will I need to change to allow me to view these reports in non-admin mode?

I see similar behavior with Cobertura.

I am on QuickBuild 10.0.22.
