Can I run the plugin by specifying its version?

for example:
plugins/a.1.0.jar
plugins/a.1.1.jar

When two exist, I want to have a specific version applied.

This is not possible in QB. Please make sure that only one version exists in plugins directory. Otherwise the behavior is undetermined.
