How do l completely delete my account from https://support.pmease.com/ and https://track.pmease.com ?

l received a suspicious email today l attached it below.
lt says the password was change, but l have not changed it myself.

**So l want to completely remove that account from https://track.pmease.com and https://support.pmease.com.
But l cannot find the menu. Please let me know how to.
