Could you please confirm if we can get a dedicated support (in creating new dashboards & configuring jobs) with the licensed version of QB?
We need this support to import all required jobs in the GCP QB which was exported earlier from Azure Infrastructure.

Per service agreement of licensed QB version, we provide support via email, with ganranteed response time of two business days (normally within one day). If you have any questions/difficulties doing this, please let us know.

Thank you for the reply. For now we are good!
So there will be a dedicated support group to help us in resolving issues while setting up. (Of course within 2 business days)
