QuickBuild 6.0 hangs #3094

We have had our 6.0.3 console hang twice today. It is completely unresponsive. In the first instance we were able to do a "server restart". The second time, this command hung also and I had to kill off the java processes.

Firstable please upgrade to QB 6.0.4 as 6.0.3 has an issue causing build log to disappear after build is finished. If 6.0.4 still has the issue, please take a jstack of QB server JVM process while system is hanging, and send result to [robin AT pmease DOT com] for diagnostics.

I've noticed that some builds fail but are reported as successful. Is this a known issue and has it been fixed in 6.0.4.

I noticed same behavior, only thing is that it is very hard to reproduce in my case.

We've not encountered this issue before and 6.0.4 does not cover it. For the problematic successful build, are there any failed child steps? Or you've found that it ought to be failed via build logs? If possible, can you please send me details for this issue including database backup and point out the problematic build?

The build symbol is a the green circle with a checkmark in it but the build overview shows is has failed. I don't see a place to attach a file to this issue to attach that overview page.

I'd suggest to upgrade to QB 6.0.4 first as the synchronization issue in 6.0.3 does have the chance to mis-report build status. If 6.0.4 still does not solve the issue, please send relevant files to [robin AT pemase DOT com]
