Is there any way I can export the data via API or script from the build information to elasticsearch? So I could do a dashboard in the kibana of builds information: with success, failures, etc?

You may write a plugin listening to QuickBuild BuildListener event, and then write the result to ElasticSearch to do whatever you want. Plugin authoring tutorials here:
To listener to BuildListener event, add an extension in the plugin for extension point "BuildListener"
